The terms of Service of Myjoye.com administers users’ access to and use of the web site services. These service covers all the features on our website: emails, applications, widgets, virtual conferences and webinars, advertisements, business transactions and all other services that link to the terms of service of Myjoye.com.

All right, interest in and to the services, the title (in the exception of Content by submitted by users) remains the property exclusively of the licensors of myjoye.com, as well as the property of myjoye. Under no circumstance are you allowed to use the Myjoye name, trademarks, domain names, logs and any other features that are unique to Myjoye. Your suggestions, recommendations, advise, feedbacks concerning myjoye.com are voluntary in its entirety, and Myjoye has the right to use such feedback, and suggestions anyhow we find appropriate without any prior consultation or obligation to you.

7. Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services

You are kindly required to review the rules listed as part of the terms of service of Myjoye for a better comprehension of Myjoye services.  Please not that Myjoye  has the right on a permanent and regular basis (while at the same time not obligated) to take down, reject, or refuse to distribute, any content on the services provided on the website, to suspend (temporarily or indefinitely), or terminate users, or reclaim usernames  without liability to the users. That is, users of myjoye are required to use the Myjoye API for reproducing, creating derivative works, modifying, distribution, and selling, transferring, content transmitting content.

Users who use myjoye features for commercial purposes and shall require credit and debit card information must agree to Myjoye commerce terms.
