The Netflix adaption of Lady Chatterley's Lover is reasonably accurate to the romantic novel. However, the most significant difference between the book and the novel is the ending. After Clifford fires Oliver in Lawrence's novel, he leaves to work on a farm, as in the film, while Lady Chatterley stays with her sister.
